As We Wish

Nic made a chain to count down the days until T$ comes home. (Mind you the count now is less than a week) And on the chain it said "go to as you wish" No no friends not <-- that as you wish, although I would give anything for that sweet tasty farm boy to say that to me every day. What As You Wish am I talking about? Just a magical little place next to AMC 24 theater on Baseline and Stapley. A place where you can pick a mug or an owl, or anything else they have in the store, and paint them yourself!

They have samples so you can get some ideas of what you want your piece of art to look like

A Saturday well spent! We picked them up 3 days later and enjoyed our beautiful wish.. ha

What's up T.V. Land

Since it is obviously so interesting to you I will tell you all of the shows that I enjoy and what nights they are usually on.

1. Cougar Town.
Courtney Cox is a supa fox in this show. The early seasons are a little dirty, a little racy but hey thats show biz for ya. The show since, in its second season, calmed down a ton and it's gotten to the goods baby. FUNNY funny show and I totally got Nic hooked on it. Wednesday nights

2. Modern Family
The Dunffee family is my favorite but Gloria puts up a good fight. Wednesday nights

3. Community
If nothing else watch this. It will Chang your life. Thursday nights

3 1/2. Bones
I am only liking this show right now because Mookie is totes obsessed with it so it's on every Thursday night at our house. She loves BOOTH, but I can't really blame her.

4. Pretty Little Liars
It's not on right now because the season just ended but all you people who are like me and love drama, scandal, heat, passion, and revenge, you know you will love this show. Used to be Mondays, but when it comes back it will be Tuesdays.

5. Mad Love
You will fall madly in love with mad love. Watch it Love it

6. How I Met Your Mother
We will most likely never actually meet the children's mother but it's okay for now - it's still funny.

7. Seasonal shows like
The Bachelor
The Bachelorette
So You Think You Can Dance
America's Best Dance Crew

But then again who has time for television anyway. It just rots your brain ;)

Under Pressure

I take cold showers. People from all over the world have questioned me on this but I have yet to change my ways and here is why. Number 1 cold showers are better for you. They
  • Improve circulation- I have terrible circulation, my hands and feet are like 80 year old man hands and feet, ALWAYS COLD, however it's getting better.
  • Relieve depression- Not depressed, why you ask? One word: Cold Showers
  • Keep skin and hair healthy- Do you know anyone who has better hair than me?
  • Strengthen immunity- Rarely sick..whats up
  • Increase energy and well-being- "am I energetic and well....beinged?" BABS: "uh ya, feel my face"
Second of all I hate scalding hot showers. I feel like I am sweating, and FYI, I shower to get the sweat off not put more on. I get all sorts of antsy and I can't even finish my shower. Now let me put all of your queries to rest by saying that my showers are not like

ice cold to the point where you would die.

They are more like when you fill up the bath tub and then let it sit for like 15 min without getting in it. That's about how cold I like my showers. I also take rough showers. I hate going to hotels when the water pressure is a mere dribble. I need power! I have a lot of hair and sometimes the shampoo takes the scenic way out
of my hair.

So I need serious heat behind that water. Not the temperature heat - no heat, like the kind of heat Randy Johnson puts on a fastball before The Babe knocks it out of the park

I never realized it but I am rather particular about the way I shower.

A moment of love

You're probably wondering why there is a picture of a dead fish on my blog. Well let me tell you that he was the best fish I ever had. The story goes that just after Ry Guy left I started to hang out with this really sweet boy named Cade. He liked me for some strange reason that to this day I still cannot understand. But he did. One night we were randomly texting each other and I mentioned to him that my favorite of most favorite animals is a gold fish. He then asked if I wanted one, you know like the 68 cent ones from Walmart. Well as you can see by his size this was not a cheap fish. It cost five whole dollars. But Cade liked me and he wanted to get me this fish as a present. He says I tricked him into it but he's wrong. Cade did not have to buy me the fish if he did not want to, but he thought I was adorable ;) and who could blame him. So naturally I wanted to name my fish after someone famous. Marilyn Manson, McJagger, Lewis and or Clark, so I finally settled and named the fish Chester Copperpot after the great 80's treasure explorer who tragically died while trying to find One-Eyed Willy's famous treasure, in the 1985 Warner Brothers classic "The Goonies" - which also happens to be one of my favorite movies of ALL time. I loved that fish and he lived for almost 9 months, and he went through a lot! And when I say a lot I just mean this one time I was changing his water and he fell down the kitchen drain. But don't worry, my aunt fished him out. Ha get it "fished" him out, see what I did there? Sadly, one morning I went to feed good old pepperpot (thats what my dad called him) and he had passed on. But don't worry, my theory is that Chester is up there being taken care of by Heath Ledger and when I die and go to heaven, I'll marry sweet Heath and we will be a happy little family.
